Dr. Helmly joined faculty at Memorial in 2014. He has served as program director since 2015. Dr. Helmly served as Chief Resident and Administrative Chief Resident. His areas of interest include resident education, complex body imaging, body/chest intervention and cardiac imaging.

Dr. Dromi joined faculty in 2018. He played a major role in developing the Breast Imaging Fellowship at Memorial and currently serves as the Fellowship Director. Prior to joining Memorial, Dr. Dromi was the Fellowship Director at the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine. Dr. Dromi’s interests include medical education, all things Breast Imaging related, and quality improvement. He is a master of the Argentinean barbecue and is passionate about fast cars and motorcycles. He was voted “Attending of the Year” by the residents for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Peter Britt, MD

Dr. Britt, a native of Ohio, joined faculty at Memorial in 2005. He currently serves as section chief of MRI. His interests include stroke, neurointervention, tumor ablation and cardiac imaging. Dr. Britt is a member of the stroke team and regularly performs mechanical thrombectomies.

Dr. Dixon joined faculty at Memorial in 2006. He served as the residency program director from 2012-2015 and assistant program director from 2006-2012. His areas of interest include resident education, musculoskeletal imaging, mammography and cardiac imaging including cardiac CTA and MRI. He is a member of the Society of Skeletal Radiology and is actively involved in the Georgia Radiological society. He is avid sports fan and is particularly fond of the Florida Gators.

Dr. Runyan graduated from Medical University of South Carolina in 2004, completed his residency at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville in 2009 and did an MSK fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in 2010. Following 9 years of clinical practice in central Florida, he joined faculty at Memorial in 2019. His interests include joint imaging, sports medicine, MSK interventions, MSK US and breast radiology. He is a member of the Society of Skeletal Radiology. Family of four, tennis, surfing, Crossfit, and salt water fly fishing keep him busy in his hometown of Bluffton, SC. He maintains an educational twitter account (@runyanbr).

Larry Horesh, MD

Dr. Horesh is a graduate of Yale University Medical School. He completed his internship and two years of training in general surgery at Washington University.
