The Memorial Health University Physicians - Family Care facility is a full-service outpatient center that provides comprehensive medical care to newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. We also provide women’s health services including obstetrics and contraception, as well as physicals, sports medicine, and minor procedures for men and women.
We are a close-knit team of 27 providers and their clinicians. We value our patients' time and strive to provide efficient access to high-quality care. We do many lab tests and draw blood on-site.
If a patient requires hospital admission, we offer a seamless transition to inpatient care and back into an outpatient setting as needed. We do this by utilizing Epic electronic medical records and working closely with the specialists at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
