Application Requirements
A complete application consists of the following:
- Common application form (include photograph)
- Personal statement
- Dean’s letter
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE transcript or COMLEX transcript
- ECFMG certification (if you are a foreign medical school graduate)
- Two years of U.S. clinical experience, including a family medicine core rotation
- Three letters of recommendation, one must be written by a family medicine physician
All applications are reviewed by the program director. We participate in the National Residency Match Program (NRMP).
Criteria/Information
We are looking for residents with a definite interest in family medicine, academic talent, and high class standing. Additional criteria/information:
- Graduated medical school within the last two years
- FMG/IMG and DO degrees accepted
- Passed USMLE steps 1 and 2 on first attempt
- Passed COMLEX level 1 and 2 on first attempt
- No observership, externship, part-time, or shared positions offered
- Visas not accepted or sponsored
